Works well as a name:
January - the least common in this category but I love it.
April - I love, my favorite of these.
May - my least favorite of these.
June - I love.
July - the second least common and my second least favorite.
August - I love for both genders but prefer for a boy.
Works okay as a name:

September - second best of this category.
November
December - the best of these.
Works the least well as a name:
February - probably the least name-like but I'm not certain.
