I'd choose Elisa. I never liked Eliana, I don't like "ana" names. Don't appeal to me, sound too complex. Elisa is simpler and pretty. Elisa, I would imagine a Swedish girl with big blue eyes, white-blonde hair, loves outdoors and spring is her favorite season. In her early-mind 20s.
