I like Eva Caterina best, Eva Olimpia is too frilly.

Eva Caterina -- I'd choose this because I love both names and because the flow is superior to Eva Olimpia (two vowels running together).

Caterina is such a boring name to pair with very popular Eva

Eva Olimpia is much more distinctive imo

Eva Caterina. All I see in Olimpia is the word 'limp'. Olympia is better. But overall it just makes me think of the Olympic Games.
