Jesse - boy, Jessie - girl
Jess could be for either, but I'd probably think of a girl first.

I think of both boys and girls. I know plenty of girls with the name Jessica that goes by Jessie. But I also know a little boy with the name Jessie.I dont really have an opinion on the name though.

Jessie sounds more feminine than masculine to me, though I could also picture it on a boy (I see Jesse being the masculine spelling of this pronouncation). Jessie and Jess are both nice nn for Jessica, Jessamine, or something similar, but I personally think they're too nicknamey to be full names.

It seems unisex to me. The spelling Jessie looks feminine and Jesse looks masculine to me though.

I think both when I hear both. I've heard boys and girls being called both (My sister is a Jessica and we used to call her Jessie, but now Jess or Jessica), though for guys, I usually see it spelled "Jesse."Time to unload the gigantic lists of names running rampant in my head...
