Snow might work. I agree it's a beautiful image.
The flake part is just flaky, though, and it has strong undertones of "special snowflake" to me, which makes it sound awful, even as a middle name.

Yes, you are right. It was late yesterday and I didn't really think about this but it is flaky :P Snow is actually really nice but since reading The Hunger Games ages ago all I think of is that evil guy :/
