I love Jamesina, it goes on and off my Top 10 list. I think it's refreshing and elegant. Jem is a nicer nickname than Jamie.
I find Thomasina the more 'forced' of the two - the Tom part is really noticeable to me and I don't find it feminine at all. I love the nickname Tamsin though!
