Poem is OK as a middle name. Yes, it's a little sugar-sweet, but not too much.
I wish I could like Regan, since it sounds like "regal" and is also a Shakespeare name (isn't it?), but I think of the Exorcist and Ronald Reagan.
Rocco sounds like a porn star.

Rocco is great on an Italian boy, but seems rather silly on anybody else, kind of stagey, like a boxer's ring name.
Regan is ugly. Reekin', vegan, Reagan, the little girl in the Exorcist.
I don't see the charm of Poem as a name, or a good reason to use it for a name at all. I mean, if the logic is "I love poetry" well, by that logic, why not Bicycle or Trombone or Ferret? Name after a favorite poet or a favorite character in a poem instead.

As for Felix and Rocco as brothers? Sorry, they sound like a pair of cats. Felix is the timid one who runs and hides under the bed when the phone rings. Rocco is the big bold one who always pushes Felix away from the food dishes until Rocco's eaten his fill.

Poem works as a middle name, imo.
I really don't like Regan on a girl. Its the next snooty cheerleader name, imo, because little girls I know with the name are brats. Its the new Tiffany.
Rocco is okay, and I think Felix goes well with it. They aren't my style but I think they work.

I love Regan for a girl pronounced ray-gan.

Poem seems corny, even as a middle name.
