Some of the spellings are unconventional, but I'd probably go for:

Klio & Loki (girl/boy)
Alek & Lake (two boys)
Lilac & Cilla (two girls)

I found boys particularly difficult, but I also like:

Elka & Lake
Alice & Celia
Dorothea & Theodora
Enna & Anne
Fae & Efa
Amy & May

Alek & Elka
Ari & Ira
Aris & Sira
Eliza & Zelia
Arlo & Orla
Tavi & Vita
Avi & Via
Vasily & Sylvia

Isabel & Blaise are pretty cool too.
