I LOVE this name, it was one I was considering as a mn for DD actually. No idea why it isn't used very much. Here in Australia you don't really hear it at all.

It's not bad. I still am not fond over may "lily-" names.

I absolutely love the name Lilia! It has the same feel to me as the names you mentioned, and I don't understand either why it didn't become as popular. My guess is that it was overshadowed by Lily, which is also a beautiful name, but I much prefer Lilia.
