I know someone named that too, a teenager. I think it's a sweet name, but it needs the nickname Cleo. Going by Cleopatra instead of Cleo when it comes to casual situations seems a bit pretentious. And I guess Patra could make a good nickname also.

Cleo by itself is more usable. It makes a lovely Chloe alternative. I would find it unusual if a Cleopatra didn't end up using Cleo, at least some of the time. Cleopatra isn't entirely unusable, but it's not a name many of us would choose for a child.

Ridiculous on a person, would be perfect for a cat.

I like it for a cat.

I kind of think it is a cool name. It would be fun to be named Cleopatra.
But the name itself has a sound that I don't like. It's about as lovely to say aloud as Arachne or Bathsheba... which is not very.
