Norah and Nora are on the rise in popularity. I prefer Nora. Norah looks like it's trying too hard / unnecessary frill.
Patience and Norah go very well together.
Personally I would assume Norah, in this form, is the whole name. Whereas I'm more inclined to assume the form Nora would be short for something. I love Eleanora and I think Nora is a very natural nickname for it. Nell would also work (and I like it with Patience as well). Leonora and Patience fit together too. I don't like Eleanore - it just looks awkward.
