I've done two (2) productive things today so I feel I should post something. This might end up being boring as heck, because I'm kind of making it up as I go along!
Basically, this is a year game, only your family is a royal family. Use an 8-sided die: http://www.brockjones.com/dieroller/dice.htm
Parents
One of the parents is a prince or princess: it's up to you which. Roll everything but 'title' for them. The setting can be fictional, or a real country, and you can use any time period! Their names are up to you. The marriage can be for love, arranged for political gain, or a mixture.

Prince Henry William James [27]
-Prince Henry has wavy brown hair and blue eyes
-Last year, he made international news when he married his childhood sweetheart, Viscountess Alice Anna Mary [27].
-The new Princess Alice has wavy brown hair and blue eyes like her husband.
-Prince Henry falls ill with West Nile after a trip to Africa, but makes a quick recovery.
-A year later, Princess Alice gives birth to the couple's first child, Prince Charles Frederick James
-Prince Charlie, as he is known to the adoring public, has wavy brown hair and chocolate brown eyes.

After a year of regency of government members, Bertil finally came off age in June. His first decision, he married his girlfriend Lady Alexandra Fife from the Kingdom of Britanica in July. Bertil, the King of Scania, is the eldest of four children of the late King Oscar of Scania and his first wife Henny, née Birka. Alexandra is a daughter of wealthy merchant from Britanica, Lord Alfred Fife and his wife Susannah, née Tollemache. The couple met two years ago at one of the foreign missions that Bertil was a part of. Now at the young age of eighteen they became the reigning couple of Scania.

All four had to stay at the hospital for a while, but by October the Royal palace was filled with baby cries, diapers, burps and cute little outfits.

Clement is the oldest child of the Duke Isota. Isota directly borders Ciaran, and as such, is often the target of invasion.
Year 1: Camille's illness has finally caught up to her. Berenice's coronation as Queen of Ereb happens after a long mourning period.

The Boldriges
I was determined to get the oldest child to 18. So here, have 22 years of this crazy royal family:

The kingdom of Catherston is a peaceful place. For the most part. The king and queen have three children, two girls and one boy. The oldest child, Evangeline, has been married off already, to a neighboring prince. The second child, Princess Ophelia, has just gotten married to Viscount Remus Harcourt. Remus and Ophelia were childhood friends who fell in love as the years went by. It’s a good thing that their parents had arranged a marriage between them already. Ophelia has curly black hair and grey eyes. Remus has wavy blond hair and blue eyes. Catherston is a democracy, in which the monarch has a small amount of power. As next in line, Ophelia will be that monarch one day (as Catherston is totally cool with letting women inherit - Ophelia’s father isn’t connecting to royals in any way except his wife!). Ophelia and Remus are happy to start their lives together!

Ophelia was devastated when it was revealed that her mother, Catherston’s beloved Queen Rayna, died of a sickness. The mourning, as is a custom in Catherston, lasted for two weeks. On the final day of the second week, Ophelia was crowned Queen, and Remus her consort. Ophelia’s father, Raymond, is still around to help when needed, thankfully, as Ophelia thinks she may need it!

Death seems to be common among the Boldridge family, as Ophelia’s younger brother Arthur died in an accident not three months past. He was only twenty years old. Scared by the recent deaths, Ophelia wrote to her sister Evangeline to ensure her safety, and was pleased to learn that Evangeline and her family were safe. Other than that, the kingdom is doing well. Ophelia has come to be glad for the democratic nature of their government, as it puts far less pressure on herself.

Year1: The nation rejoices as Princess Alexandra and Prince Arthur welcome a daughter. Princess Octavia Mary Matilda is born with wavy, black hair and brown eyes.
Year2: Lexa's brother, Prince Christopher marries his fiancée, Lady Georgina in a beautiful ceremony. Lexa plays the role of chief bridesmaid.
Year3: Lexa and Art are overjoyed to welcome their second child, a brother for Octavia. Welcome to the world: Prince Blake Indiana Isaac with curly, blonde hair and green eyes.
Year4: The Prime Minister of England is assassinated in a terror attack that an extreme-Islamist group take credit for. Although the Royal Family were not the target this time, they are flown to the safety of a palace in Cumbria and locked down for 72 hours.
Year5: Oh my! Lexa and Art make history by becoming the first ever Royals in English history to bare triplets! Prince Reuben Elijah Parker, Princess Eve Elsa Margot and Prince Tobias Atticus Enzo cause an uproar when they are born - a much needed reprieve from the previous years events. The babies have wavy, brown hair and brown eyes, wavy, blonde hair and green eyes, and straight, black hair and brown eyes respectively.
