[Opinions] Ava or Eva?

Which do you prefer: Ava or Eva? Last name is Italian, if that matters.

EvaEspecially with an Italian last name. Ava is lovely but SO overdone.

I personally prefer Ava, but I think Eva would work better with an Italian surname.

Ava is too trendy & I don't think it's as pretty as Eva. Eva is lovely, rather classic-sounding. Esp. nice with an Italian last name. I have a friend named Victoria Eva & I always thought it was really pretty & classical.

Both are pretty, but I like Eva best (EE-vah) and always have. Even before Ava started becoming terribly popular.

Eva!especially with an Italian last name, I see Ava as being more English. Eva also just looks better imo

I like them both equally, but If it were me, I'd go w/ Ava only b/c it drives me nuts when people pronounce Eva the same as Ava.Good luck!
