Catarina is my favorite. I think it's pretty because I associate it vaguely with ballet.
Katarina is okay, but I'm more used to seeing K versions spelled with an E, so I'd prefer Katerina.
Catalina is my least favorite, because it reminds me of a place called Cattle Annie's. I do like Katell and Katrell, though.
