I love it.
I think that it's cooler than the amish-vibey Zachariah, and less dated feeling than the 80s and 90s era Zachary.
Zaccaria is nice, but it smacks of misspelling (I know it isn't) in the U.S.
The other forms are "exotic" enough that they fall into a different category.
Overall, I like Zacarías the best.
