[Opinions] Fergus
What are your thoughts on Fergus?~ Always end the name of your child with a vowel, so that when you yell the name will carry ~

If you are Irish/Scottish and speak with an accent it sounds adorbs. Kinda grumpy-old-man adorable, but still adorable.
If you are from New York, like me... with my accent it sounds ridiculous. Like the name of your pet rat.

I hugely enjoy Fergus. Once I used it for a team mascot - this Fergus was a smallish black gorilla toy, but I mostly see Fergus as very Scottish. Since I'm not, that would seem to require me to use it for a male Scottish terrier, which I would do in a heartbeat.

Love it. It's one of those Scottish names that doesn't come across as ridiculous on a non Scot, is easy to spell and pronounce and has a good strong sound to it

I really like it too. Handsome, easy to say and spell, not too common but not unheard of.

I really like it, but I don't know if I'd actually use it.

I think it's awful...just really unattractive. I met a young guy with the name last year and I always felt bad for him. I may be biased because it's also a surname in my extended family and I've never liked it.
