Lea or Nora are options. I personally love Elle, and find it more stylish than Ella or Ellie, although both of those are super cute. Elsie might actually work for Eleanor, if you like it. I do, but it's not everyone's style, and people would assume that her full name was Elspeth, Elizabeth or Elisabeth.
