Trissy seems like an organic nickname for Beatrice, so it works.
Bea is cute and spunky, but maybe expected?
Trissy is unexpected and more interesting to me because of that, but it also seems a little childish, like it might not age well, whereas Bea sounds fine on any age to me.
Overall I prefer Bea.
