Micah is great and Mike/Mikey is definitely avoidable. I've only met one Micah who was ever called Mikey, and that was just his dad (no one else called him that).

I like it. None of the Micahs I've ever known have had nicknames.

Great name, I think those nicknames are absolutely avoidable. I would never call a Micah any of those.

I absolutely love Micah! I think that in his lifetime at least one person will try to call him by a NN but it should be mostly avoidable =)

It's nice. I know a Micah who doesn't go by a nn. As far as I know, no one ever tries to call him Mike / Mikey etc. They're definitely avoidable.

None of the Micah's I've known (one is a cousin) have ever had any of those nicknames. I think you'll be fine.

Micah is a lovely name. Some people will shorten any name to one syllable, so inevitably a few people would try and call him Mike. Just up to you/him to be firm about it.

Mike is the only nickname you list which could be an issue for you. In the end, it's up to him if he tolerates it or not. My mother hates that my brother Peter gets called Pete.
