Michelle annoys the crap out of me. Liking it, to me, is the epitome of the "OOOhhhh it's French it must be pwetty" mindset. It's obvious, that's what it is. Obvious.

Can't say I care for Chelle or Shell on its own. I don't even like Shelly or Shelley.

It's a little dated.

It's dated, but I do like it. I would never actually use it though. I don't like Chelle / Shell.

Michelle is okay, but I like it better for a middle name. Not crazy about Chele or Shell or any spelling thereof.

I met a pug at the dog park the other day named Michelle and I haven't been so delighted by a dog name maybe ever.

Aside from Michelle the pug, I'm not a fan of the name. It's just so eighties to me. It's so acid washed jeans and DJ Tanner hair.

I find it terribly dated

It feels quite dated and dull to me. Not very exciting. Chelle is what I call one of my best friends, so I like it because of her.
