Initially, probably no differently than I would pronounce Joanna. I'm an American living in Britain, so depending which country I was in I'd use a different ANN vowel.
However it wouldn't be surprising or difficult if someone said to me that they say it Jo-Hannah, and I would be able to make the switch no problem.
