I don't care for Vivian on a girl, but Viviana seems unnecessarily feminised, if that makes sense. So Vivian would be my pick
I visualise Vivian as a slightly harassed middle aged woman, with a sensible haircut and a short temper. Don't know why, that's just what pops into my head.
