Would use: Alys, Osian, maybe Macsen
Know people who have kids called: Mali(lots), Cadi, Ffion, Harri, Jac, Elis, Tomos, Cai & Morgan
Local trends back home: nns as first names - e.g. Llio - & newish Welsh spellings of English names, like Nansi & Lwsi & Greisi & Cet
I tend to like old-king-list type names: Meilyr, Arwel, Rhun, Owain.

Lwsi and Nansi are The Best!

Of the ones trending now, I like:Seren
Alys (though I feel like this would be seen as "kre8yve" outside of Wales)
Eira
Cerys
&
Osian
Rhys
Ellis (but the English pronunciation - those Welsh double-Ls trip me up)
GethinEven though it's considered an "old lady" name here in the States, I can't help but have a soft spot for Gladys. It's such a happy name (look, it says "glad" right there)! Maybe because it's a family name.I really love Welsh names, but I feel like a lot of the ones I love might be seen as dated in Wales:Angharad
Arianrhod
Blodwen
Bronwen
Catrin
Ceridwen
Eirwen
Eluned
Glenys
Gwendoline
Gwenith
Gwenllian (except I'd pronounce it GWEN-lee-an, so maybe Gwenlian would be a better spelling?)
Gwyneira
Nerys
Rhiannon
Rhonwen
Tesni
Winifred
&
Andreas (though this isn't specifically Welsh)
Celyn
Glendower
Idris
Owen
Roderick
Steffan (my favorite Stephen variant)
Taliesin
Vaughn
I used to really like Briallen, but I was pronouncing it bree-uh-LEN (because, again, those Welsh double-Ls...); I had assumed the Welsh pronunciation was bree-AH-hlen, with that L in the back of the throat. However, the pronunciation key now says bree-AHSH-en, and I am now completely lost.

I like Seren (I love this and wish it weren't so close to sarin gas and Saran wrap), Ffion, Eira, Nia, Evan, and Morgan (on a boy only).I'm vaguely surprised not to see any -wen names. I guess they're not very popular in modern Wales. Other Welsh names I like:
Aderyn
Anwen
Bronwen
Arianwen
Ceinwen (preferably as KINE-wen)
Mairwen
Elin
Tesni

Carys is a favorite of mine. I worked with a Carys who was originally from Wales. It's my niece's middle name, and my sister now wishes she had made it her first name instead, but my sister had decided to bow to her husband's wishes when it came to the first name.I also love Bronwen. My daughter attended school with a Bronwen when we lived in Australia, so when I met the girl, I took the opportunity to tell her how much I love her name.I can't say that I feel drawn to any of the others on your list, so evidently Carys and Bronwen are the exceptions, and I don't feel an affinity with Welsh names in general.
