[Opinions] Bathsheba or Hephzibah
I wasn't happy with my last question! I chose the names poorly! Everyone picked Ruth, so it was obviously not a fair fight. To me, Ruth and Rhoda are equally ugly, so it seemed to be fair. I did know there were some Ruth lovers here, but I didn't foresee how many. Ending with lopsided results. All this by way of saying I want another chance!
Okay, Bathsheba and Hephzibah, you have to choose one, and no nicknames. Which one?

Bathsheba, but only because it is the name I'm more familiar with.
Hepzibah, which I do genuinely like, although it would be far too heavy for a real person.
I don't know, they are both so religious and not being a religious person, but caring for some lesser and more obsecure religous names, Bathesheba. All though the original Bathsheba was not quite a great example.
Hephzibah. The poor child will be ten years old before she can spell her name.
however, it has the better nick name, which she'll be know as, from birth, Hepzie.
Better than Bathy.

Sorry, repeated message.

OK, I'm gonna be honest now. I think both names are ugly, sorry.
Bathsheba makes me think of either a bathtub filled with Sheba cat food or the possessed mother from The Conjuring. And Hephzibah sounds like a sneeze.
But OK, Hephzibah. At least it has a nice meaning.

Hephzibah. It's kind of zippy. But only in an "I'll will the kid all my money if you name her after me" situation.
Bathsheba. At least it doesn't have that 'hep' sound, which reminds me of hepatitis.
Hephzibah.
It has a more pleasant sound, and it doesn't reminds me of bats..
