Wayne times a million. I don't like either, but Perry is a very whiny, preppy girl who throws a fit when things don't go her way and is a huge bully in my head.

There's a Wayne in my family but I wouldn't use it. It reminds me of wane, and whine.
So I'd go with Perry too. It strikes me as a midcentury erry name, like Gary, Jerry, Terry, Larry, Barry - but with a more foppish spin on it.
I'd rather name a son Terry than Perry.

Agreed, Wayne is awful. Perry is ok if you don't mind naming your child after alcoholic drinks..

Perry. I don't really like it, but I loath Wayne (and Dwayne).

Probably Perry but I'm pretty neutral to both.

Perry. It fits in with currently fashionable names, imo, while Wayne is laughably middle-aged, like Keith or Bruce.
