I really dislike the sound of Oona / Una. Una looks silly to me, bc it looks like just an indefinite article to me. Oonagh looks terrible to me as well. Oona LOOKS ok to me, but the sound is really not my thing.
The Yuna pronunciation would be better, and Yuna itself doesn't look that bad either.
I don't really consider being 1/4 Irish a more legit reason to use the spelling Oonagh.
