[Opinions] Italian Names - boys
Replies
I'm not a fan of Giulio. I just don't like it. 1/5
Caio is a nice first name. I wouldn't use it myself though. 3/5
Niccolò is nice as well, but I wouldn't use this one either. 3/5
I don't hate Damiano, but it's certainly not a favorite. 3/5
Tiziano... nope. 2/5
Fabrizio is a good name, though I prefer Fabrice. 3.5/5
Rocco works as a nn, but not as a fn. 2/5
I like Arturo alot. preferably as a mn. 4/5
I like Leonardo alot too, but it's a bit overused. 4/5
Though it isn't pronounced the same, it remindes me too much of Caesar. 2/5
My rating is based on how usable it is for me. Even though, I might have given a name a "bad" rating, I don't necessarily hate it (except for Giulio; I strongly dislike it).

I am really only used to Leonardo, but I do like some of the other names.
Niccolo is much better then the overly popular Nicholas, which is quite common in the us, also spelled Nickolas, Nikolas...
Damiano is nice, and I also like the form Damian.
Tiziano and Fabrizio are interesting but I don't realy like them.
Rocco is sort of cute, it makes me think of a little boy with dark hair and eyes.
Giulio is nice, but in the us you usually hear Julian or Julio. Still in Italy, it would be cute on a little boy.
I like but don't love Caio and Cesare.
