I've always liked Idris. I think it's handsome, quiet, and hardworking. It's a family name for me and I had considered it as a middle name for our younger son. My grandpa had hoped someone in our generation would use it but nobody has or probably will. I think, at least in the US, it's not very known but Idris Elba helps people recognize it?

Emrys is nice too. I can see unknowing people thinking it could be a girl's name, but I wouldn't let that stop you!
