I know a nutty DJ about 60 years old named Oona.
Living in an area with a large Spanish-speaking population I wouldn't choose this name though because it sounds like Una/Uno, meaning one. They are such common words used in everyday language that I don't think Oona would have enough of a distinct sound to be someone's name (around here at least!)
