I like Olya as a form to Olga. Olga has a lot of history as a feminine Russian name, in the royal families and even is still popular. Helga sounds like Helen and Olga, which I like both so I like Helga.I prefer Helga to Olga.

Funnily enough, on the cartoon Hey Arnold, there's a character named Helga and she has a sister named Olga.I think I like Olga better. It seems to be more universal than Helga.
