It's not terrible but kind of cutesy, dated and nicknamey...

Nickname only, and dated firmly to the 1970s at that.ETA my SIL had a yappy little dog called Tina or possibly Teena. It was small and annoying.

To me Tina seems incomplete. It's a good nickname for something longer / more substantial (Christina, Tinashe, Martina, etc.), but doesn't really work as a standalone name. It also seems somewhat dated, but most names are dated in some sense.

I like Valentina and Libitina, and Kristina but not Christina. I prefer it as a nickname.

I like it a lot as a nickname; its seems more dated and insubstantial as a full name.

I think it's cute, but that's about it.
