I could not understand why Beatrice and Eugenie and Louise and Charlotte were not named Victoria, so if this one is a girl and is not named Victoria, my head will explode.

Victoria is a bit dated to the 80s here, so I'd be surprised if they used it as they seem to like currently popular names. It would be a nice choice though.
