[Opinions] Hawaiian Names
Hi !!!What about Hawaiian names?People who live in Hawaii still use them? Are they considered dated, trendy, ridicolous, silly, great, weird? How often they are used compared to American ones? Has everyone with that ancestry both names or nowadays they are cut out?Do you know any Hawaiian (or with relatives/ancestors)? Has he/she an Hawaiian name?So...all you can tell me about them?

Kailani, Naia, Malia, Leilani, Mahina, Anela, Kalea, Makana, Kekoa, Kaimana, Keanu, Kainoa and Kai were all in the Hawaiian top 10 for 2016, so it looks like a lot of them are still used.

I know a Puerto Rican Leilani. Her brother is Brandon, which I don't really get.

My mom’s friend has a daughter named Malia.

I know some siblings from Hawaii with English first names and Hawaiian middle names. There was also a girl at my high school with a Hawaiian first name. Those are all I can think of at the moment
