As a nickname... Probably 'i'.
If I had an Alexa or Lexa or even Alexandra, I would imagine shortening her to Lexi from time to time.
An Alice of mine may often be Ali.
Octavia is my top name at the moment, I don't imagine nicknaming her but if I did, she could potentially be Tavi.
