I love Faye, but my favourite spelling is Fae by far. It really emphasises the slightly darker, magical, mystical folklore side and I absolutely love that. Fae’s a long time favourite, and I’ve been determined to have her as a middle for a 1st daughter.

Very pretty. It's nice to see names like this one and Jane claw their way back from the "throwaway middle name" spot.

I've never minded the name and like the Faye spelling the best.

I don't mind Fay at all, and I dislike Faye for the redundant -e. Fae would be even worse.

It's good as a mn, but too much of a risk as a fn: so many people are on the large and slow-moving end of the spectrum, and Fay would be unkind.

I think I like Fay better. It looks cleaner, I guess. I like it better as a middle name.

I like Faye. Fay looks nice too though. I like Kay, but Faye is better for me.

This spelling is my favorite, and I think Faye is beautiful.
