[Opinions] Calluna
A Calluna is a evergeen shrub, but can it work as a name? Does it seem to much like a combo of Calla and Luna? If so which do you prefer? If you liked it what combo would you use?

It looks like a perfect name for a child of Callum and Luna. It reminds Luna very much, but I don't think it's a problem, it would be an awesome name. If it's the same as Heather, I think it would be a great alternative for Heather, especially if you like names like Calla and Luna. It has some cold, but beautiful vibe to it imo.

Apparently, Calluna is the same thing as Heather. I prefer it to Heather, which I've never liked (mostly for the fact that bringing heather into your house is said to invite death, according to old folklore). I like Luna, but Calluna sounds like a dish or a brand of schampoo or something like that.

I’ve had Calluna on my list for ages. I think it’s unusual, but easy enough to say, and spell, strong, and beautiful. I love Luna too, and Calla’s okay, but I don’t think it seems like too much of a smoosh. My only reservation is that it’s the botanical name for Heather, and one of my closest friends is called Heather, but I’m not sure if it would be a little close to honouring if I used a Calluna one day. Anyway I think Calluna is very under appreciated

At first glance it reminded me of Caillou, which is a very bad thing.

Kind of surprising myself, but I like it.

It reminds me of the phrase "the big kahuna".

I was trying to figure out why it was conjuring polynesian images in my mind!It also reminds me of the word “collusion”. That isn’t the greatest connotation at the best of times, but especially not right now. Still, it’s not awful.

I like it, but it is better for a character than a real person!

I like both Calla aand Luna much better separately.
It could be used as a name, but I think it would be better to not.
