I prefer Ignatius / Iggy by far.
Percy is slang for male genitalia. Percival / Percy sound much more heavy and stuffy (i.e. pretentious) than Ignatius / Iggy.
I like Ignatius Caspian Stewart and Ignatius Claude Stewart.
