Hi !!!I saw that Sir Philip Anthony Hopkins's daughter with wife Petronella Barker is called Abigail Rhiannedd. What kind of name Rhiannedd is?
I can imagine something Welsh?Do you like it?

Yup, it's Welsh. It's usually spelt Rhianedd. It's also a word, meaning 'maidens', but as a name it's probably just an elaborated version of Rhian, which is more common. It's okay, but it looks weird to me with the extra n.

Hi Pie !!!So it is a variant of an elaboration of the name Rhian? And its meaning is plural 'maidens'...Thank you a lot for your info!
I would prefer Rhian!

"Maiden," maybe, like Rhian? Google translate also says it means sorry. I don't speak Welsh, but I'd assume it was pronounced as hree-AN-eth. Pie can probably give you more info than me, living in Wales and all.It sounds pleasant enough if I'm pronouncing it correctly, but if it means sorry I'm not so keen.
