Of the two, I prefer Pauline. I think it's because I don't care for "ette" endings --- I'm not a fan of Georgette or Yvette, either. I don't think Pauline is horrible, but I don't particularly like it, either.
I don't like either of them. I prefer Pauline because I really dislike the rhythm of Paulette. If I had to use a fem form of Paul, it'd be Paula, but I'd rather use Paul for a boy.I was at school with a Paula who was known to some as Polly. That's the best you can do with it!
