Marina 7/10 it's nice and I like its connection to the sea but it's a bit dated
Roberta 7/10 it's so old fashioned that it's kind of cute
Rosaria 8/10 I really like this
Maria 7/10 a nice classic but a bit overdone and I like Marie and Mary better
Tatiana 6/10 feels a bit dated and I don't care for the sound
Francesca 4/10 I never cared for this at all
Elena (E-le-na) 5/10 I only like it pronounced eh-LEH-na but with long EH sounds
Giulia 5/10 pretty but so overdone
Simona 4/10 feels dated and bland
Patrizia 'Patty' 2/10 I don't like Patricia and Patty is awful
Miriana (mee-RYA-na Italian for Miriam) 5/10 nothing wrong with it but I prefer Maryam or Miriam
Irene (ee-RE-ne) 4/10 not a fan of the sound
Federica 2/10 never cared for this, I also dislike the nickname Fede and all the variants such as Frederika, Frederike and Friederike
Silvia 5/10 dated, prefer Sylvia or Sylvie
Alice (a-LEE-che) 5/10 I only like this pronounced in French
Stella 7/10 cute
Greta 6/10 cute but not a favorite
Rosangela (ro-ZAN-je-la) 5/10 it's okay
Ada 6/10 fine
Marzia (MAR-tsya) 3/10 dislike the sound
Liliana 7/10 nice but a bit much, prefer Lily
