I like them.
I like Ivo "EYE-vo" probably most, but EE-vo is good.
I don't think the double I seems soft or cutesy. It seems more brassy and bumptious, to me.
I like the spelling Yvo a bit more, though - and if you want English speakers to pronounce it EE-voh I think it would work.
