I have a feeling since they are in to all sorts of home birth woo stuff that they might not be treating gestational diabetes which can lead to large babies. Its just a thought, though.
"Okay, what are your ideas? Taylor? Uh-huh. Fletcher? Cooper? Tanner? Where are you getting these? The Big Book Of Medieval Professions?"

I'm fairly positive that both Jessa and Jill were treated for GD with one or both of their sons. The Duggars aren't into as much "woo" as other fundie families. They do seem to vaccinate (they at least have no issues doing so for international travel to my knowledge) and they do engage in prenatal care for sure.
The most advanced medical care around saved micro-premie, Josie. They might stubbornly keep going "home birth" but they've also shown no hesitation for hospital births and cesarians when necessary.

Ahh, okay. I don't follow them much but being a part of that homebirth stuff often involves a lot of other questionable birth and childcare decisions.
