Upperclass dudebro who’s always bored and a bit of a sociopath. Loves to call attention to his wealth. He barely knows what his mother looks like due to all her plastic surgeries and the fact that he was raised by a nanny. She named him Blaine because some famous woman had a baby a week before hers was born and named it Blaine. therefore it became the only worthwhile name in the universe.

Masculine. I think it's super ugly. "Blain" can, apparently, be a kind of wound.

Masculine, American and grey-haired; the only one I know of is a friend's father who's probably 60-something. I get a green, outdoorsy feel from it, which is almost certainly due to only having seen this dude in hiking pix on instagram. :) It's nms, but okay.

It's not great, but it's not terrible either, its sort of a neutral name. It's definitely masculine.
For some I can picture a Blaine as an athlete, playing hockey, baseball, or American football. I can also picture a Blaine being a Rural/ small town realtors or working for a smalk town newspaper or something like that. It just feels like a small town/ Rural/ country kind of name. It'd be pretty cute on a baby and it's easy to imagine on an elderly man as well and every age in between which is always a plus.It feels like a dated name to me even though it's not (its usage in the U.S. has been fairly consistent for nearly 100 years. I guess it just seems like a 70s/80s kind of name. Maybe because it has a similar feel to Bradley, Brent & Brett.Over all its not a name I would use, but I wouldn't mind it on someone else's child.

Unisex. Someone with a nasally voice who owns monogrammed towels.

I don't like it. It sounds like bland, banal, blah, lame, beige, etc.
I think a Blaine would be an unfriendly person with a boring office job.
