Jason: Jace, Jase, or Jay. Jace and Jay fit the vibe of Jason better, but Jase makes more sense because there's no C in Jason. Jae doesn't fit the vibe.
Cas and Cassie are good nicknames for Casper. Cassie sounds more like a little kid nickname and Cas sounds more grown up.
Lavinia:
My favorite would be Vin but maybe that's just because of Mistborn.
Also Li, Vini, Vinia, Lia, Lavi, Lava??, Lana, Vina, Vi, Vivi, Lali
Annora: Anna, Nora, or Ora.

Jace or Jay for Jason.
Cas / Cass for Casper, yes.
If a little sister calls him Cassie, and he lets her, then he must not mind it. A big brother would be likely to correct his little sister successfully if he wanted to. If a sister kept calling a brother a name he didn't like, it'd only be credible if 1. she was his older sister or 2. passivity is one of his major character traits.
Lavinia - Lovey, Vini, Linna; Vanilla.
Annora - Nora

Jason - I've used them all except Jae. Also used nn from surname for Jason's because there's too many of them. Guess I like Jay- I typically just say the first syllable of the name if I'm shortening it.
Casper- as above, I would use Cas as a nn. I think Cassy works. I used to call my brother Shawn Shawnie just to add the -y sound at the end. So I can see it
Not sure about Lavinia or Annora - how do you pn these? Again, I typically just stick to the first syllable, or the most prominent sound. (ex Alexander nn Xander or Christopher nn Topher)
