Brigitte and Rhys have expanded their family by two more kids, both of them girls. When Phoebe Amabel, now two, first arrived, Grayson and Owen were enthralled with their baby sister and would ask to help with diaper changes. Now, they sometimes play rough with Phoebe (which she doesn’t like), but Brigitte and Rhys are always there to stop them. Their latest addition is Charlotte Reese; Phoebe started out feeling jealous because she wasn’t the only “princess” anymore, but she’s finally coming around.
Celeste came out as lesbian by announcing it at a family reunion and introducing her now wife, Matilda Wheeler. They’d met when they were roommates in college, and at first, Celeste felt awkward for being attracted to her, but then she found out Matilda was lesbian as well! After the wedding, they decided it was time to start a family and turned to IVF to obtain a child. Matilda was decidedly the host, and her older cousin was used as the sperm donor. The IVF successfully got Matilda pregnant, and nine months later, the girls welcomed a healthy baby boy. Celeste likes unusual names and Matilda has always wanted to honor herself, so they compromised by naming him Wade Matthew Wheeler-Everton.
Mason met his new wife, Adelaide Henry, when they were attempting to check out the same copy of Danielle Steel’s One Day at a Time at the library. Adelaide had been looking for this book since forever ago, but she’d ultimately let Mason read it first, after which she would borrow it. They then bonded over their love for the Steel and all of her novels over lunch. One thing led to another, and Mason and Adelaide have just gotten married.
Natalia has been dating Parker Fleming since high school, and they eloped soon after Natalia got pregnant with their daughter, for fear that she’d be born out of wedlock. Her dad and stepmom disapproved of their secret wedding, so Natalia and Parker had a real one, with both of their families invited, after little Tatiana started walking on her own so they could make her the flower girl.
Darius and his girlfriend, Hanna Lescher, have also gotten hitched. It wasn’t because of pregnancy, though; Darius and Hanna wed out of pure love. The wedding took place in Hanna’s hometown of Freiburg, Germany, where they now live together.
