I still think it will be Alice or Arthur. Frederick is also a possibility for a boy. I don’t think they would use Albert due to the “Prince Albert” piercing! Michael, Stephen, Richard and Robert are all a bit dated and they seem to like popular names. Margaret is probably still too associated with Thatcher for a lot of people in the UK.
One girls name not mentioned in the list that I think could be an option is Helena (the name of one of Queen Victoria’s daughters).
My guess for combos is Alice Philippa Mary or Arthur Philip Henry.

The queen and Princess Margaret didn't get along, so maybe Margaret might not be a good choice for that reason as well?
