My first name guesses, based on this data, are Frederick and Alice.

As for combos, I can play around:

And what about Charles? After all, that's Prince William's father's name.

I've seen parents do it anyway. I know a Paula who has a brother named Paulo. (They're not twins - Paulo is three years older than Paula.)

Oh yeah, they do it. In high school, I knew a Jane whose brother was named John.
