I don't think they'll pick Richard since Richard III is quite hated.
Arthur's actually not that cliche for real-life royalty, although there were some real-life royal examples, like Queen Victoria's third son, the Duke of Connaught (who is great-grandfather to the King of Sweden and the Queen of Denmark through his older daughter Margaret).
Michael would be nice since it would integrate Kate's family. I think Caroline would work well too since Carole is very dated, or maybe not since Caroline is related to Charlotte.
I wouldn't be surprised if they picked something from Diana's family.
Victoria sounds like a likely choice for a girl. So does Alice.
