Yeah I should have specified in English speaking countries. It seems quite common in continental Europe. I’m it sure it would be bound to get shortened though, despite my reservations about it. Julians already have a short version though - here, they're mostly Jules/Joolz/pick your spelling, which is a bit less girly or at least comfortably unisex.
'Floors' is not much better than Florrie :)
