I think that Dottie works great for Isadora, although most people will assume her name is Dorothy but that isn't a big deal imo. Dottie works slightly better for Dorothy, Dorothea, and Theodora because they all contain the letter T but it still works for Isadora. I mean Dolly works for Dorothy even though there is no L so Dottie should work for Isadora imo.

Nn's that work easily for Isadora are Izzy/ Izzie, Isa, Dora, Dorie/ Dory, Dodie, Dolly/ Dollie, Dotty/ Dottie, and Dot.
